Our clients include non-resident landlords and lessees who also own the freehold to their properties. We have been retained by companies made up of the lessees who have purchased the freehold, and we have been brought in when freeholders are looking to replace unsatisfactory managing agents.

We are able to cover properties in the Greater London area and the Home Counties north of the River Thames. We manage several small properties of only 3 to 4 flats, and medium sized developments of up to 250 flats.

Small firms can offer the client a more personal service and it is not our intention to expand our core staff to the point when our clients are talking to a different person every time they call. We also believe that small firms can offer a much greater level of involvement and therefore a better service.

Property Management is essentially a customer service and prompt, professional and polite service is the very least that is required. Efficiency and economy are equally important and we are very aware that we are spending other people’s money and therefore we must be diligent in finding the best contractors and the best price. That, however, does not necessarily mean the cheapest, which is not always satisfactory.
